Dates are subject to availability. The farther in advance you reach out to us, the more likely we are to be available. Weekends tend to book up faster than weekdays. Do you have a last minute event request? Feel free to reach out, even if it is last minute. If we are available, we will do our best to make it happen!
Yes! A standard white backdrop is included with all our packages. You also have the option to upgrade to a different color/design backdrop.
Sorry, no retainers are non-refundable.
We accept all major credit / debit cards, and ACH direct deposit. For corporate clients we can also accept checks.
Of course! It's no problem at all if you would like to make adjustments. However, changes are subject to availability.
With the exception of our drop-off booth options, your booth will have one of our staff encouraging your guests to take photos and ensure that everything is running smoothly!
No problem! Let your attendant know and we will invoice you for the additional time.
Yes! Our design team will reach out to you for any assets you would like incorporated into your overlay.
Our photobooths are unlimited! You can take as many photos as time allows for.
We need a 10ft x 10ft space with a 120 volt, 15-20 amp power source within 50 feet. Our backdrops require at least 8 feet in height. If your ceilings are lower than 8 ft, let us know ahead of time so we can try to accommodate.
We also ask to have WiFi access for the best photo sharing experience. We also bring a cellular hotspot as backup.
We can set up outside weather permitting. We prefer to be under a tent or a covered area when outdoors since our photobooth cannot function in the rain and variables like sun and wind can be challenging.
We will send you a link to an online web gallery within 24 hours after your event where you and your guests can view and download images from your event!
Absolutely! Unlike a lot of photo booth businesses, we are fully insured and will be happy to provide a COI upon request!
Yes! We love road trips. We primarrily serve the greater Los Angeles area and California, but we are open to traveling outside of California depending on our availability.
